Introducing Angela Yeoman (writing as A. Yeoman): author, writer, researcher, thinker.
I live in a semi-rural New Zealand, sitting in the lap of a thrusting mountain range, snow-capped in winter, with plains of vineyards and farming of all sorts opening at my feet. Not so far in the distance, surf pounds against the rugged coast.
After a career writing and researching for government, I now work for a local newspaper, using words to shine a spotlight on the region’s characters. Well-traveled and a deep thinker, I also write novels as a way to understand people, governments, the world, and even myself.
Praxeum NZ Limited reflects the attributes of a special place - the Praxeum - which is found in the Star Wars novels. It is used by Jedi Knights to fuse theory and practice, with a powerful result. And, of course, Marx wrote: "Practice without theory is blind. Theory without practice is sterile."
